Address Labels

Address labels can be created from a few different places in Fellowship One as follows:

Address Labels from Reports

Any report that displays the People Tools icon can generate address labels. One label style (Avery 5160) has been included by default for you. Create as many styles as you want by following the directions in Label Styles.

To generate labels from the Report Library

  1. Click Reports to open the Report Library.
  2. Search for and select the report you want to run (look for one with the People Tools icon as described above).
  3. Complete the required report filter field selections.
  4. Select Export to Labels from the Output Types drop-down list.
  5. Choose an existing label style. Avery 5160 is the default label style; however you may create as many other styles as necessary (see Label Styles for directions).
  6. Click Run Report. The report Queue displays. Click Refresh for latest results to update the page. When the Complete status displays click it or click the Download link to open your labels in Adobe Reader.

You can choose to change the starting label position if you want to print a partial page of labels.

To change the starting position

  1. Click Change starting position under the Output Types area.
  2. Select the position number where you want labels to start printing.
  3. Click Save and Run Report.

Address Labels from a Group Roster or from People Query Search Results

Address labels are also available from both a Group roster list and from search results generated using People Query. One label style (Avery 5160) is available by default; however, you may create as many styles as necessary. See Label Styles for details.

  2. Click the actions gear at the bottom of the list and select Export > Export to labels. The Export to Labels form appears.
